King IPTV Terms and Conditions
Here are the rules that apply when you use King IPTV. These terms and conditions cover what you buy, how you pay, how many screens you get and what each side is responsible for. We kept the language plain on purpose.
- 1 to 5 screens, one household
- One payment in CAD, nothing renews
- 7-day refund policy for new customers
Last updated: October 1, 2026. You accept these terms the moment you ask for a trial, order a plan or sign in with a King IPTV login. If a point is unclear, send us a message first, before any money moves.
The King IPTV terms in short
You pay once, in Canadian dollars, for a block of months and a number of screens, and you use the login in your own home. The main points:
- One household per login, with between 1 and 5 streams running together.
- Payment is a single Interac e-Transfer in CAD. Nothing renews by itself.
- Your login is normally ready 15 to 30 minutes once the money lands within support hours.
- King IPTV gives access and technical support. It does not host the content.
- Obeying the law where you live is up to you.
- Our goal is 99.9% uptime. It is a goal, so a channel can still drop now and then.
1. What the King IPTV service is
King IPTV sells access to live TV channels and an on-demand library, streamed over your home internet to an app on your device. The current list counts 50,000+ live channels, plus a library of 190,000+ films and TV series. Picture quality ranges from HD to 4K, and 4K appears only when the original broadcast is made in 4K.
Your login arrives in the format your app expects: an Xtream Codes login with a server address, a single M3U link, or, for MAG and Formuler boxes, a portal address linked to the box's MAC address. Third-party providers deliver the streams themselves. King IPTV gives you access to them, along with setup help and technical support, and does not host, store or own any of the content. Channel names, groups and library titles change over time. The full explanation is on our legal disclaimer page.
2. Your account and screen limits
Your login covers one household and the number of screens you paid for. At checkout you pick a screen count between 1 and 5. Installing the app on extra devices is fine; the count only limits how many streams run together.
- Keep the login inside your household, and stay within your screen count.
- Do not sell, rent or give away your login. Anyone who wants to sell King IPTV can apply to our reseller program.
- Treat your password like a house key. Anything done with your login counts as done by you.
- Give us an email address and phone number that work, so your login and account news reach you.
3. Prices and payment
You will find each plan and its price in CAD on our IPTV subscription plans page. Interac e-Transfer is the only way to pay. Cards are not accepted, so kingiptv.ca never asks for a card number.
ITLOGY LLC receives the money on behalf of King IPTV. At checkout you see the recipient email (support@waitly.ca), the amount to send and an order number. Type that order number in the memo field of the transfer; it is how we link the money to you. Sent the wrong amount, or left the memo empty? Message Live Chat and we fix it before switching anything on.
Prices for new orders can change. Months you have already bought keep the price you paid.
4. No automatic renewal and no contract
You buy a fixed block of months with one payment, and that is the end of it. When the block runs out, the login goes quiet: no charge and no surprise. Want more time? Pick Extend subscription at checkout, type your current username and send a fresh e-Transfer. The months stack onto the login you already use. You sign no contract, so you have nothing to cancel. Our order cancellation page walks through each case.
5. Activation times
Once your e-Transfer lands during support hours (9 a.m. until midnight Eastern, seven days a week), activation normally takes 15 to 30 minutes. The login reaches you two ways: an email and a Live Chat message. Money that shows up overnight is activated after the team starts in the morning. A bank sometimes holds a first e-Transfer to a new recipient. We cannot speed that up, and your months only start counting once we activate.
6. Free trial
Every household gets a single 24-hour trial that includes all channels and costs nothing. We may turn down a request that repeats an earlier trial from the same home, email, phone number or device. A trial ends by itself and cannot roll into a paid plan.
7. Refunds and cancellation
First-time buyers are covered by our 7-day refund policy, counted from the moment we deliver the login. Renewals, extensions and accounts suspended for abuse fall outside it. The refund page explains how to ask and how we return the money.
8. Acceptable use
King IPTV is for private viewing in your household. You may not:
- show streams in a bar, restaurant, hotel, gym or any other business or public place;
- record, copy, rebroadcast or resell streams, or charge anyone to watch;
- let people outside your home use your login, or run more streams than you paid for;
- try to break into, overload, scrape or copy our servers, apps or website;
- use a false name, someone else's money or a stolen identity;
- insult, threaten or harass our support team.
9. Your responsibility for local laws
Checking that your viewing respects the law in your province or country is your responsibility, as is having the right to watch that content where you are. Rules differ from one country to the next, and sometimes between provinces. Nothing on kingiptv.ca is legal advice, so when in doubt, speak with a lawyer in your province.
10. Service availability
King IPTV targets 99.9% uptime, and a target is not a promise. Servers need maintenance, and a single channel can drop, lag or change during a big live event. Plenty of problems also start outside our service: your internet provider, your Wi-Fi, your device or an app update. When something breaks on our side, we repair it or move you to another server, usually within minutes during support hours.
11. Suspension for abuse
We can suspend or close a login that breaks these terms: one shared across several homes, used in a business, resold, paid for with someone else's money or used to attack our systems. Where it makes sense, a warning comes first so you can correct things. An account suspended for abuse gets no refund.
12. Apps and devices made by others
Player apps such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and the apps built into Smart TVs come from separate developers. Their prices, menus and updates are out of our hands, and their own terms apply. Our setup guides show how to use them with King IPTV, and we help when an update moves a menu.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, the most King IPTV can owe you for any claim equals what you paid for the plan you have now. Indirect losses, such as a missed game, lost data or a fault in your internet, device or a third-party app, are excluded. These terms cannot take away rights that consumer protection law in your province or territory gives you.
14. Changes to these terms
When the service or the law changes, this page may change too. The date at the top always shows the version in force. A change applies from that date, and it never shortens the months or screens you have already bought. If you do not accept a change, tell us before your next payment.
15. Governing law
Canadian law applies to these terms, together with the law of the province or territory you live in. If we cannot settle a problem together, the complaint roadmap from the Office of Consumer Affairs shows the next steps for consumers in each province.
16. How to contact King IPTV
Questions about these terms go to Live Chat or to help@supportiptv.ca, in English or French, any day between 9 a.m. and midnight Eastern. Rights holders can use our copyright notice procedure.
FAQ
Questions about the King IPTV terms
Can I share my King IPTV login with family in another home?
No. A login belongs to one household, and it can play on as many screens at once as your plan allows, from 1 to 5. Using it in a second home, or handing it to friends, breaks these terms and can get the account suspended. Relatives who live elsewhere can ask for their own free trial and buy their own plan.
Does my King IPTV plan renew automatically?
No. Each plan is one Interac e-Transfer covering a fixed number of months, and we have no way to pull money from your bank. At the end date the login just stops playing. For more time, pick Extend subscription on the checkout page and send a new e-Transfer. The months are added to the login you already use.
What happens if I use more screens than my plan allows?
The extra screen usually refuses to play or knocks another one off, because the server counts how many streams run at the same moment. If it keeps happening, we contact you first. Repeated overuse, or a login that clearly runs in several homes, can lead to suspension. The easy fix is a higher screen count at your next renewal.
Can I use King IPTV in a bar, restaurant or other business?
No. King IPTV plans are for private viewing at home. Showing streams to customers in a bar, restaurant, gym, waiting room or any public place is not allowed under these terms. Charging people to watch, or rebroadcasting streams, is not allowed either, and it leads to suspension with no refund.
