King IPTV Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what personal information King IPTV collects, why we need it, who processes it for us and how long we keep it. In short: we gather just enough to run your trial, your order and your support chat, and we never sell any of it.

  • We never sell or rent your information
  • No advertising or tracking cookies
  • Click data deleted after 25 months

Last updated: October 1, 2026. This policy covers kingiptv.ca, the King IPTV checkout, our request forms and the Live Chat on our Live Support page. It is written in plain English so you can check each point in a few minutes.

Who is responsible for your information

King IPTV, the IPTV service at kingiptv.ca, is responsible for the personal information described on this page. Privacy questions go to help@supportiptv.ca (put "Privacy request" in the subject), and the same support team answers them.

Interac e-Transfer payments for King IPTV are received by ITLOGY LLC, the company that handles our payments. That is the name your bank shows when you send money, and ITLOGY LLC receives the same payment details your bank shares with any e-Transfer recipient.

What information we collect

We collect information in five situations: when you order, when you send a form, when you chat with us, when you pay and when you browse the site. Nothing else is gathered behind your back.

When you order a plan

At checkout we ask for your name, email address and phone number. We also record the plan, the number of screens, the channel package (Full Channels or English Channels Only) and your order number, which starts with KNG. If you pick Extend subscription, we ask for your current username so the new time lands on the right login.

When you send a form

The free trial, reseller and contact forms ask for your name and email, and the phone field is optional. Each form adds a few answers of its own: device, app and province for a free trial request; panel size, number of customers and a message for the reseller program; a topic and a message on the contact page. Each request also notes the page you sent it from and the country your connection comes from, which helps us spot fake requests.

When you use Live Chat

Live Chat asks for your mobile number, which opens your conversation. We keep your messages, any photos or files you attach, and the email address we use to send a 6-digit code when you open the chat on a new device. If you allow browser notifications, your browser gives the chat a notification address so we can tell you about a reply. To remember your browser, the chat stores a device code in your browser's local storage: a SHA-256 hash of the browser type, screen size, time zone and a random value, sent with your number and IP address so we can recognise your browser and prevent misuse. That ID holds no name, number or email.

When you pay

Payment happens in your own banking app through Interac e-Transfer. Your bank passes the account holder's name, amount, date and memo to the recipient. We never see your bank password, card number or balance, and no card details are ever typed on kingiptv.ca.

When you browse the site

We count clicks without cookies. Tap a button like Live Chat, Free Trial or a plan, and the site records an anonymous event: the event name, the page, the button label, the plan if there is one, a random number for your browser tab, your country and whether you use a phone or a computer. It records no name, email, phone number or IP address.

Cloudflare Web Analytics adds cookieless statistics, such as page views and loading speed, so we can find slow pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare also processes your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks. Our forms remember your IP address for roughly 10 minutes to limit repeated submissions, and Cloudflare Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots.

How King IPTV uses your details

Everything we collect serves one purpose: running the service you asked for and keeping it safe. In practice, your details help us:

  • create your trial or order, then deliver the login through Live Chat and email;
  • link each e-Transfer with the right order number;
  • answer questions, fix problems and set up your devices;
  • remind you shortly before your plan ends, because nothing renews on its own;
  • stop spam, bots, fake orders and shared logins;
  • learn, from anonymous numbers only, which pages are useful;
  • meet our legal and accounting duties.

Our emails stick to four topics: your trial, your order, your plan and your support questions. If we ever want to send anything else, we will ask first. When you order, request a trial or chat with us, you agree to these uses. You can withdraw that consent at any time, but we may then be unable to keep the service running for you.

Cookies and browser storage on kingiptv.ca

King IPTV does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. The site saves three small items in your browser, listed below, and none of them is used to follow you around the web.

What kingiptv.ca saves in your browser
ItemWhere it is savedWhat it holdsHow long
Live Chat device codeLocal storageA SHA-256 code made from browser type, screen, time zone and a random value, so the chat recognizes your browserUntil you clear your browser data
Saved checkout orderLocal storageYour order number, plan and the details you typed at checkout48 hours
Tab number for click countsSession storageA random number that is not linked to youUntil you close the tab

Cloudflare's security tools, including Turnstile, may set a short-lived technical cookie when they need to check that a visitor is a person. You can clear all of this whenever you like from your browser's settings menu. If you do, Live Chat asks you to confirm your device again.

Who processes your information for us

A few service providers handle information for King IPTV, and each one only gets what it needs for its task.

  • Cloudflare hosts kingiptv.ca, protects it from attacks, runs the Turnstile anti-spam check and Web Analytics, and stores the anonymous click events. Its own rules are in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
  • Our support chat server at supportiptv.ca runs Live Chat and keeps your conversation, your mobile number and your device approvals.
  • Email services carry order and form details to our support inbox, and carry our replies and your login back to you.
  • Your bank and Interac move your payment under their own privacy policies.
  • Streaming providers run the servers your app connects to when you press play. Like any streaming server, they see your device's IP address and your login username.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, for example in the United States. Information held in another country can be reached by that country's courts and authorities under its own laws.

Does King IPTV sell your information?

No. King IPTV never sells your personal information, never rents it out and never trades it, and advertisers get none of it. It goes only to the providers listed above, or when a law or a valid legal order requires it.

When your data is deleted

Each kind of data has its own clock, and when the clock runs out we delete it. Here is the clock for each type:

  • Anonymous click events: deleted automatically after 25 months.
  • Orders and payment records: kept while your account is active, then as long as refunds, disputes and accounting records require.
  • Live Chat conversations: kept so we can help with renewals and earlier setups. Ask us, and we delete them once nothing is pending.
  • Saved checkout order in your browser: 48 hours.
  • IP address used against repeated form submissions: about 10 minutes.

Your privacy rights under Canadian law

In Canada, private businesses handle personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, known as PIPEDA. Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia also have their own private-sector privacy laws. Under these laws you can:

  • find out which details about you we have, and receive a copy;
  • ask us to correct anything that is wrong;
  • withdraw your consent, with the limits explained above;
  • complain if you think we handled your information badly.

Tell us first, so we can try to fix it. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the privacy commissioner in your province.

Your data

How to ask for access or deletion

A privacy request costs nothing and takes one email to help@supportiptv.ca. Follow these four steps.

  1. Email us

    Send a message to help@supportiptv.ca with "Privacy request" as the subject line, using the email address linked to your King IPTV order or trial.

  2. Say who you are

    Add your order number (it starts with KNG) or the mobile number you use in Live Chat.

  3. Say what you want

    Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion. We may ask one short question to confirm it is really you.

  4. Get our answer

    We reply within 30 days, the time limit PIPEDA sets. Deleting data during an active plan also ends that login, and we explain this first.

Keeping your details safe

Encryption and limited access keep your details safe. Every page and the chat use an encrypted HTTPS connection. A new phone or computer can only open your chat after a 6-digit code or approval from our team. No card numbers are ever entered on our site, and only the support staff who need your order or chat can see it.

Children's privacy

Only adults should open a King IPTV account, and we never set out to gather details from kids. If you spot that a child sent us personal details, email us and we erase them.

Changes to this privacy policy

When we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top. The version shown here is the one that applies today. Our terms and conditions explain the rest of the rules for using King IPTV, and the contact page lists every way to reach us.

FAQ

Privacy questions customers ask

Does King IPTV sell my personal information?

No. King IPTV does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and no advertiser ever receives it. Your name, email and phone number are used to run your order, your trial and your support chat. The only companies that handle them are the providers that run our website, chat and email, and they may use the data only for that work.

Does kingiptv.ca use cookies?

Neither advertising cookies nor tracking cookies run on kingiptv.ca. Our click counts and Cloudflare Web Analytics both work without cookies. The site does keep two small items in your browser: a device code for Live Chat (a SHA-256 hash, explained below), and your checkout order for 48 hours. Cloudflare's security check may add a short-lived technical cookie when it needs to confirm that you are a person.

What is the Live Chat device code?

It is a scrambled code (a SHA-256 hash) that Live Chat makes once in your browser from the browser type and language, the screen size, the time zone and a random value, then saves in your browser's local storage. It is sent to our support server with your mobile number when you start a chat, together with your connection's IP address, so the chat can recognise your browser and spot misuse such as repeated free trials. The code cannot be turned back into those details and holds no name, phone number or email. If you clear your browser data, the chat asks you to confirm the device again with a 6-digit code.

How do I delete my King IPTV data?

Email help@supportiptv.ca with "Privacy request" as the subject line, using the same address you gave us, and add your order number or the mobile number you use in Live Chat. We confirm it is really you and answer within 30 days. A few payment records may have to be kept longer for accounting, and we tell you which ones.

Can King IPTV see my bank or card details?

No. You pay by Interac e-Transfer inside your own banking app, so we never see your bank password, card number or balance. The recipient only sees what any e-Transfer recipient sees: who sent it, how much, when, and the memo holding your order number. No card number is ever typed on kingiptv.ca.

A question about your data?

Ask in Live Chat or email help@supportiptv.ca. Our team replies in either official language, 9 a.m. until midnight Eastern, all week.
