How does IPTV renewal work?

Every IPTV plan has an end date tied to your login, or to your box's MAC address on a MAG or Formuler. Renewing pushes that date forward. Some providers charge a saved card automatically; others, including services paid by Interac e-Transfer, wait for you to pay each time. People sometimes call this "recharging" the box, but nothing on the box itself changes: the subscription lives on the provider's server, and the box simply keeps working once the new time is added.

The process is the same in Toronto, a small town or anywhere else in Canada. It happens online, with no store visit and no technician. To see when your current plan ends, look at the account or playlist information screen in your app; many players show the expiry date there.

How do you renew King IPTV?

It takes about five minutes:

1. Go to the plans and prices and pick a length (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and the number of screens.
2. At checkout, keep or change your channel package, then select Extend subscription.
3. Type your current username. The field is optional, yet it lets us match your order to the right account faster.
4. Add your name, email address and mobile number, and press continue. The next screen shows an order number.
5. Send an Interac e-Transfer from your bank app for the exact amount, putting the order number in the memo. Back on the page, press I've Sent the Payment.
6. Your current login gets the extra months, normally 15 to 30 minutes later during support hours. Restart your app to see the new date.

You do not need to reinstall anything or type a new login. Payments sent overnight are added when the team starts in the morning, every day from 9 a.m. to midnight Eastern.

When should you renew?

Renew a few days before your end date to avoid a gap, especially before a big game or a long weekend. We send a reminder a few days before your plan ends, so you have time to decide. Because nothing is charged automatically, letting the plan run out is also how you stop: there is nothing to cancel by phone (see our order cancellation page). If your plan has already ended, use Extend subscription anyway and include your username, so we can find your account.

Can you add screens or switch plans when you renew?

Yes. Renewal is the easiest moment to change anything. Choose a higher screen count at checkout and we upgrade the same account; pick a longer plan to lower the monthly cost; or switch between the Full Channels and English Channels Only packages. The 12-month prices by screen count:
